hey girls I was the first and only Athletic Trainer for the Lariaettes back in 2004-2009 and really enjoyed working with all of you girls ya'll were and still are an awsome team and I looked forward to working with all of you every chance I got I do miss working with this team of girls that put so much heart and soul into what they do and to just be a very very small part was an amazing experiance for me to be apart of an award winning team but a team that cared for everyone including the Trainer (lol) but I just wanted to tell you girls to keep up the good work and keep moving forward out of all the teams I worked with at Dobie my 6 years of being a Trianer there this team has made me the proudest and will always hold a special place in my heart as my favorite team

Thriller was Outstanding! That is the team I knew we had, and have been waiting for to come out all season!! That was AMAZING!! You were so clean, and so sharp, and almost a flawless performance! You should be extremely proud of yourself! If we keep this up, we are going to BEAST at contest season! Hard work does PAY OFF!! And in the end, it is all worth it!! I AM SO PROUD OF YOU!!! Cherish this moment, and this feeling, and never let it go! Only keep moving forward from here! When you stick together as a team, never giving up, and believing in yourself, anything is possible! GREAT JOB GIRLS!! and thanks for sharing the field with everyone else! It really made the end of the show. Let's do it again next week, even bigger and better, for our HOME crowd!! LOVE YA!! Oh myy, how i miss Lariaettes so much! I would KILL to be back on but for the best i couldn't pull it through this year. To the old members, you guys have a BIG place in my heart. Yall have tattoed memories in me that are just unforgettable. Cherish your leadership role and guide the babies well which i have no doubts. Last years babies were AMAZING and the best from what mrs a has said :) BABIES, put your heart into this team and ALWAYS give it your all, even though it is going to be hard at first because you girls are still trying to get situated. Mrs.A WILL and ALWAYS will know if you do or not, trust me, it will catch on at the end of the year!!
Girls, Cherish EVERYTHING do for me! I want to hear all the crazyy new stories that happen on a daily basis haha.
It goes by so quick, and you don't even realize how much each of you have grown or gotten so close, until you see it all come to an end. Agh, I'm still going to be one of yalls biggest supporters! If i can't be on, i will be cheering you girls on. I will do my best to go to all the events i can, i love yall so much! Okay, enough i dont want to cry LMAO. See you girls at school :D <3333

Well Ladies, Can y'all believe this!! year is already almost over ): Spring show's here and is already going too fast. I have never wanted so much to stop time and replay this year all over again.
Seniors oh our DEAR SENIORS<3 do i love yall!!you guys are truly amazing. I look up to every single one of yall. Must yall leave already? seems like it was just yesterday new team week was here and yall were teaching us stand routines. I'm truly honored to have all of yall to learn from and become sisters. I hope you guys the best after graduation and make sure to come visit!
Old memebers!!!! It's almost senior year for yall!!! One more year with you guys<3 I will cherish every moment hopefully it won't go by too fast! You guys are amazing and thank you for being patient for us babies and helping us whenever we got lost. You guys make me laugh everyday even though we may get under each others' skin every once in awhile(:
Babies!! haha well we've made it you guys!! it wasn't so bad!! it was FREAKING AWESOME!!! haha two more years(sophmores) We've gone so much together you guys!! who's gonna miss cleaning up and being last?(: i kinda enjoy it haha i know im crazy but hey everyone else had to do it(: Well let's give our seniors '11 and '12 their best senior year and hopefully we'll have a great senior year too!(:

Way to Go Lariaettes!! Awesome job at our first contest!! I am SOOO PROUD!! Ya'll were not only strong on the floor, but had such great sportsmanship for all the other teams, and I can't stress enough how important that is, and how many compliments I got on ya'lls great attitudes and sportsmanship! So I fell off of a chair today and I totally thought about you guys, seeing as how I haven't one surviving chair from football season last year! I seen your chair and MAN IS IT AMAZINGGGGG. You guys are incredible. I really truely wish I could be there! You guys have come SO far its rediculous. old members...we all kno how hard it can get sometime and how stressfull things can become threw out the year but we also know how much fun we all have together and how all our hard works always pays off in the end...this year is going to be fabulous...:)
babys!!! as an old member i will say that yes there was times last year that was hard for me as a baby...you have to get use to alot of hard work late practices and lots and lots of sun!!! there were times i thought i was going to pass out from running or hurt mrs.A if she said one more time again ( love you mrs.A :)) ) but you really jus have to find the strength deep down in you sometime to just keep going...alot of times last year i thought some of the things we were doin were useless but believe me nothin we do is useless its all helpfull....
im soooo excited about gettin to know the new team and making alot of new memorys with yall..of course i miss my 2009-2010 seniors!!! and the girls who didnt join us again this year :((
but we have alot of wonderful new babys this year

omghhh* i miss the new team soo much ! i miss mii sissys Shanay and Sandy:/ i love yall soo much . . . Seniors 09-10 will NEVER be forgotten , especially in my heart but of course i need to get over you guys . i feel like i cant get over a break up after a long relationship . lol . *sigh. everytime i think of everything we accomplished this past year , i make sure to keep the mind-frame " We can and we ONLY will get better" im so ready . Babies , the best advice ANY old member can give you is NEVER give up , NEVER quit and stay strong and try for your team . it'll all come together . maybe not as fast as the previous years or your bestfriend on the team but believe that it WILL come together . pom choreography will be over-whelmingg , ESPECIALLY if its at any tempo and/or hard as it was last year , but WE HAVE TIME , no , that doesnt mean slack off and not try to fix what needs to be , it just means dont stress yourself:)my motto for this year to keep me moving is that "It'll All Come Together" and for the babies , football season is getting near, if you dont make a routine at ANY point through out the year , it ISNT THE END OF THE WORLD , we do every routine at least twice so just ask an officer, ol member, or Ms. A to see what you did wrong so you can fix it for the next week , its okay . ALMOST every old member can say they didnt make every routine , i know i didnt . and if your showing that you do care about making the dance by cleaning and paying attention w/ the group that did make it then im oretty sure youll have a spot the next week unless its just not there , and if someone gets sick or for whatever reason they cant perform that game and Ms. A has seen how hard youve been working , you can fill that whole:) i know that from experience too . i know its a lot babies , but in the end ITS ALL WORTH IT and IT'LL ALL COME TOGETHER:D iLy all you guys , old AND new members . im ready for this great year too approach alreadyyyyyyyy*

Hey Girls its Emilio again lol I have been to a few of the games this year and working on the field brought back so many memories of working last year with you girls I do miss it (Senia) and will always miss it there are some sports that a trainer will work and never think about again and then there are some sports (Lariaettes) that a trainer will work and never forget and I know I have said this many times before but I will never forget you girls and I'm at San Jac with the softball team but there is not a practice that I'm at that I dont think of all the laughs that I sharied with all of you and all the memories that I have from working with you from that first injury that I worked to the last time I got to talk to you girls as a Trainer it was a moment in my life that I will cherise always good luck in all that you do girls I will certantly always think of all of you girls
